Tati — The one that never sits still.
Peruvian-American, surfer, snowboarder, and all-around adventure seeker, Tati is always looking for the next place to explore. Over the years, she’s put in the miles — and built the local relationships — to figure out how to get off the beaten path without compromising on safety, comfort, or a good place to sleep at the end of the day.
She knows the routes, the people, and the places worth going a little further for, and loves bringing others along for the ride.
Nicole — The one that notices the details.
Canadian-Peruvian photographer and curious wanderer, Nicole is always looking for the places that make a destination feel like itself. She seeks out the restaurants locals actually love, independent designers, ceramicists, cafés, markets, textiles, and all the little details that tell you something about a place.
She brings a photographer’s eye and a natural curiosity to First Peak, always looking for ways to make a trip feel authentic, unexpected, and full of discovery.
